Personal telecommunications company was evolving its offering of services and technology products in order to provide a comprehensive connection proposition for its customers.
To achieve this, they had to expand their product portfolio so that all customers could access them through Personal's nationwide physical stores and their online store. They offered not only cell phones but also a wide range of technological products such as tablets, Smart TVs, smartwatches, and an extensive catalog of accessories for gamers.
We worked on the proposal to build this new retail space within their current stores, designing the furniture, communication supports, and defining the message for each of these new product categories.
The challenge was to integrate this "retail space" into the current commercial offices where the products had to be displayed just like in a store, allowing users to observe the product functionality and optimizing how the user experiences the latest technology.
When working on the messages, the goal was to communicate not only the novelty of the products but also to emphasize the benefits for customers by having a Total Connection.
