In 2022, Nutresa - the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in Colombia - wanted to improve the performance of their brands in e- commerce but didn’t have a methodology to reach their online shoppers.
We identified their gaps and developed an end-to-end methodology to help them have a better understanding of how e-commerce works, and then built the company’s capability to execute the best strategies for their online shoppers.
We deﬁned a proprietary methodology that included different online tools to create an ideal execution at Nutresa’s major e-retailers. This process started by understanding the brand’s objectives, including how to utilize tools to create an optimized online strategy complete with a results tracker. We trained Nutresa’s marketing and commercial teams on how to successfully use the tools through a workshop. We rolled out this new methodology using one of Nutresa’s top brands, and developed a shopper program with online communications for all the e-retailers included in the project.
